We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging by the consignor or delays due to unforeseen events. Customers are encouraged to opt for transit insurance for high-value consignments.

All claims related to damage, shortage, or loss must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing along with relevant proof such as photographs, delivery receipts, and invoices. Inland Freight Express Pvt. Ltd. will investigate the matter and respond within 7 working days. The company's decision on compensation or liability will be final as per service terms.

We maintain strict confidentiality of customer data including consignment details, contact information, and transactional history. All digital records are protected through secure systems and are used solely for operational and analytical purposes. Inland Freight Express does not share or sell customer data to third parties.

Use of our services implies acceptance of our logistics terms which include packaging guidelines, documentation requirements, liability limits, and payment terms. Inland Freight Express Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to prohibited goods, non-compliant shipments, or customers who violate the agreement.
